Grim Fandango Vs The Phantom Menace
Part 1
Qui Gon Jinn obsevred the Trade Federation blockade. Qui
Gon was concealed under his large brown robes and hood. He looked at his
apprentice Obi Wan Kenobi, also hidden under brown robes. Qui Gon could
feel a disturbence in the force, and this had to be it. The ship docked
in the hanger of one of the many Trade Federation battleships. Qui Gon
and Obi Wan stepped out, telling their pilots to stayin the ship. They
were met by a silver plated droid.
"Follow me," the droid said. The droid led them througha series
of doors into a large room with a table and some chairs.
"Wait here, my masters will be with you shortly," the droid said, and
left. To replace the droid who led them was a smaller droid, with a large
head and a big smile.
"Hello," the droid said. "My name is TC-14. May I intrest you in a drin-"
TC-14 was interupted by the sound of Obi Wan's and Qui Gon's lightsabres.
"Obi Wan!" Qui Gon cried." There's poison gas coming out of the floor!
Quickly! Out!"
The two jedi, lightsabres drawn, ran out of the room to be greeted by
a bunch of battle droids. After quickly hacking them to pieces, Qui Gon
and Obi Wan headed for the main control room. They were blocked off by
a horde of destroyer droids, dangerous rolling droids that uncurled from
large balls into three-legged attacker droids with two lasers on the end
of their two arms. Obi Wan and Qui Gon ran. They were barely a match for
one destroyer droid let alone TEN of them. They ran until Qui Gon made
a suggestion to go through the air vents. The two jedi thought of this
as a great idea, and climbed through an opened grating in the wall. They
ended up in the hanger. They were just in time to see their ship blown
to pieces by a gunturret.
"Obi Wan," Qui Gon said.
"Yes master."
"That looks like an attack force," Qui Gon said, pointing out a
large gathering of battle droids."They must be going to Naboo."
"How do you know that?" Obi Wan said.
"Obi Wan, with the help of the force, the jedi can predict anything.
Anyway, we'll split up into different ships, and meet up at the surface."
"Okay," said Obi Wan.They both ran into seperate ships, and stowed away until they reached their destination.

Qui Gon was closely pursuited by STAPs (Single Trooper Aerial
Platform), and was quickly batting back the laser coming out of the twin
blaster cannons.
Once they were all destroyed, Qui Gon heard the roar of the enourmous
troop transports heading right for Qui Gon! Qui Gon ran. Up ahead, he
could see
and orange creature wearing a mechanics suit. By accident, Qui Gon ran
into the creature. Qui Gon tried to Pick up the creature so as to run
to saftey, but did not succeed. The weight of the creature was too much
for Qui Gon. He fell down on the ground, and the creature fell right down
on him. The creature ducked.
After the transports had passed, Qui Gon croaked out, "Um, can
you please get off me?"
"Oh, sorry," the creature said politely. "Hey, who are you?"
"My name is Qui Gon Jinn."
"Say what?"
"Qui Gon Jinn."
"Oh, I saw a guy like you somewhere around. What was his name????"
"Obi Wan Kenobi."
"Yeah, Gobi Fan Penobay."
"Obi Wan Kenobi."
"Yeah. Anyway, I'll show you to him."
"Yes."
Glottis led Qui Gon to Obi Wan. They began a conversation about the creature.
"Oh, I'm sorry, I didn't introduce myself. I'm Glottis."
"Yes," Qui Gon said."I found him somewhere in the swamps and-"
"Wait! This is not a swamp, this is the Petrified Forest." Obi
Wan burst out laughing
"Hahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahaha!!!!!!!What sort of a name is
the
Petrified Forest? Hahahahaha!!!Oooooo. Ooooooo. Ahhhhh. I'm sorry."
"It's okay," Glottis said. "You're not from around here."
"Glottis?" Qui Gon asked. "Can you show us the nearest town, we
must warn the inhabitants."
"I can take you to Rubacava, that's where my boss is."
"Okay," said Qui Gon."Take us to Rubacava."
"I'll take you there in my bone-wagon."
Glottis led them to his large transformed company car.
"Hmm," Obi Wan said."Strange type of transport."
"Hope in," Glottis said.
Obi Wan and Qui Gon got into the car, and they sped off for Rubacava.
